The following terms and conditions regulate contractual relations between the visitors to the VietDating platform (user) and the operator VietDating. You must be 18 years of age or older to access and use this site.

1. Personal Ads
   The user can set up an account with VietDating and will then have the opportunity to have ads published on VietDating. VietDating reserve the right for themselves to refuse or cancel any ad or the account at all times without giving any reasons.

3. Liability

   VietDating can place links to external sites, whose content is examined. VietDating have no influence on the current and future lay-out, and on the content of the linked sites. Therefore, VietDating hereby distance themselves explicitly from all contents on the linked sites.
   
   The full liability for illegal, erroneous or incomplete information, in particular for damage resulting from the use or non-use of information thus offered lies with the operator of the site being referred to.
    
5. Availability
   VietDating endeavor to offer a smooth functioning of the services. However, VietDating cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and use.
    
6. Validity
   VietDating reserve the right for themselves to adapt or change these terms and conditions at any time. These terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime.
